Prowler Sled Pull (Run)

Setup instructions

1) Anchor a strap to the sled (try using a rope/suspension strap). Load the appropriate weight and take a few steps back - engage your core, glutes, legs and back.

Note: you'll be jogging/running backwards so make sure your path is clear.

Perform instructions

1) Pull the sled and run to the end of the track - have quick feet.
