BOSU Dome Crunch

Setup instructions

1) Place the BOSU dome side up on the floor.

2) Lay on it so your upper back has contact with the top. Plant your feet on the floor - your knees should be pointing towards the ceiling. Place your hands behind your head.

Perform instructions

1) Curl up by tightening the core.

2) Pause for a second and 'crunch' at the top. Now, slowly lower yourself to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
