Standing Split Stance Single Leg Hamstring Stretch

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with good posture
2) Take a short stride forward with one leg (approx foots length)
Toes and hips pointing forward.
Perform instructions
1) Keeping hip girdle level and hips pointing forward hinge upper body forward until you feel a pull in the back leg hamstring.
Ensure shoulders are not rounded and back and neck are straight.
2) Hold the stretch until the end of the timer.
