Stability Ball Lying Core Twist

Setup instructions

1) Lie on the floor and place the stability ball in between your legs - place your arms either side.

2) Lift your legs up and have a slight bend in your knees.

Note: keep the core tight throughout the entire exercise.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your legs in place and slowly rotate the ball to the right.

2) Pause at the endpoint. Now, gently return to the starting position.

3) Repeat on the other side.
