Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Shift the weight to your left leg and lift the right knee up - hinge slightly forward from the hips.

Perform instructions

1) Push into your left foot and jump to your right side. As you do this, lift your left knee - pause here.

2) Follow this pattern and repeat on the other side.
