Setup instructions
1) Sit on the Resistance Machine and adust the inner knee pads so they are as wide apart as your flexibility will allow.
2) Select the appropriate weight
3) Sit with your back against the bench and hold the handles if available.
Perform instructions
1) Press the knees in against the pads.
2) Ensure you squeeze as close as you can and pause before returning slowly back to the start position.
3) Repeat for the required reps.
