1) Have the boxer ready in a southpaw or orthodox stance.
1) Have the boxer do many different types of combos (uppercuts, jabs, crosses). If they're wearing UFC gloves, you can shout out commands such as "plank down on the floor, jump up, press up etc..." Move around, make it fun - mix it up!
