Stability Ball Forward Fold

Setup instructions
1) Sit tall on the stability ball and plant your feet firmly on the floor.
Perform instructions
1) Gently hinge forward from the hips and lower your chest to the floor - you'll feel this in your lower back.
2) Pause at the bottom. Now, return to the starting position - make sure your head comes up last.
3) Repeat.
