Setup instructions
1) Start on all fours and hold the bar directly under your shoulders.
Perform instructions
1) Keep the arms straight and push the bar away from you. You're aiming for the body to be near the floor at the endpoint.
2) Pause at the bottom. Now, reverse the movement until you're back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
