1) Load the appropriate weight on the machine.
2) Sit on the seat with feet shoulder width apart. Have a slight bend in the knees and point the feet away from each other. Grab the handles by the side.
1) Slowly lift your right heel up - press into the middle of your foot.
2) Pause for a second at the top.
3) Lower into the starting position.
