Full Kneel to Tuck Jump

Setup instructions

1) Start in a full kneeling position - knees and toes have full contact with the floor. Keep the chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Lean into your feet slightly and jump up. As you do this, move your feet in front so you end up in a low squat position. You're aiming for a flat back and knees bent around 90 degrees.

2) Press into your feet and jump up. As you do this, crunch your abs by bringing your knees and hands together - land on the balls of your feet.

3) Lower yourself back to the full kneeling position. Follow this pattern and repeat.

Note: you can generate momentum by swinging your arms up (step 1).
