I am a queer non-binary Personal Trainer & Coach with a passion for connecting with & supporting the community of Bunurong Country. I encourage my clients to partake in joyful movement using techniques from a range of training modalities including weight/strength training, boxing, olympic weightlifting, strength & conditioning and mobility practice. My coaching philosophy is steeped in anti diet & anti fitness culture. I create a safe, inclusive trauma informed space for all my clients.
