Setup instructions

1) Place the Neutral Grip Handles on the Quantum Trainer Arms
Place the bench between the arms

2) Start by lying on your back on a bench and plant the feet on the floor.

3) Grab the handles and place them at the sides of the chest palms facing in, elbows tight.

Perform instructions

1) Drive through the feet and push the weight up with one arm so it end in the middle above mid chest.

2) Slowly lower to start position and change sides

3) Repeat on each side for required reps.
