Medicine Bridge (One Leg)

1) Lie on the floor and place the medicine ball close to your tailbone. Put your left foot on the ball so your knee points towards the ceiling.
2) Lift your right leg up and keep it straight.
1) Press into the ball and lift your lower back of the floor. You're aiming for a straight line between your chest, core and extended leg.
2) Pause at the top. Now, gently lower yourself back to the starting position.
