Stability Ball Lunge Stretch

- Hamstrings · Quadriceps · Glutes
1) Place the stability ball between your legs.
2) Bend your right knee and push your left leg back - the left heel will be raised. You should be in a supported lunge position.
3) Bend your knees to lower yourself into the stretch until you're comfortable.
Note: Make sure the ball isn't too big for you.
1) Raise your arms and hold the position until the end of the timer.
