Setup instructions

1) Place the Neutral Grip Handles on the Quantum Trainer Arms
Place a mat between the arms

2) Start by lying on your back and plant the feet on the floor.

3) Grab one handles and place it at the sides of the chest palm facing in, elbow tight.

4) Place other arm out to the side hovering in mid air

Perform instructions

1) Drive through the feet and push the weight up so it ends up in the middle above mid chest.
Brace the core to keep the back secure on the mat.

2) Slowly lower to the start position.

3) Repeat for required reps then change sides..
