Quantum Trainer Pronated Grip Bicep Curl

Setup instructions

1) Place the pronated grip handles on the Quantum Trainer Arms

2) Set the arms low and stand in front of it

3) Grab the handles with a pronated overhand grip & allow the arms to hang by your sides.

Perform instructions

1) Curl the arms up, pulling the knuckles towards the shoulders.

2) Keep tension on the biceps then slowly lower to the start position

3) Repeat for required reps.
