Setup instructions
1) Plant your feet on the floor and sit back so the back is fully supported.
2) Start with the bar resting near your shoulders.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly extend your arms and push upwards - keep a slight bend in the elbows as you reach the top.
2) Pause for a second and slowly lower the bar behind your head.
3) Extend your arms again and pause at the top. Now, lower the bar to the starting position - in front of you and near your shoulders.
4) Follow this pattern and repeat.
