Quantum Trainer Pronated Wide Grip Pull Ups

Setup instructions
1) Attach the pronated grip handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms & set them wider than shoulder width.
2) Face the Trainer then grab the handles with a WIDE overhand grip.
3) Extend the arms so you are hanging below the handles, you can bend the knees to keep your weight off the floor.
Perform instructions
1) Brace the core so the spine is straight.
2) Pull with the arms, driving the elbows down, until your chin is around the level of the hands
3) Squeeze the elbows/shoulders blades down when you reach end of range, then return slowly to the start position
4) Repeat for required reps.
