Quantum Trainer Single Arm Neutral Grip Shoulder Press in Lunge Hold

Setup instructions
1) Attach the neutral grip (palms in) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.
2) Set the height around waist height and stand in front of it
3) Grab one handle with an neutral grip & hold at upper chest height
4) Place the other arm out to the side hovering in mid air.
5) Take a long stride back and bend both knees until you are in an lunge position
Perform instructions
1) Holding a strong lunge position with core tight push the weight up so it ends up above the head.
2) Slowly lower to around chin height then repeat.
3) Repeat for required reps then change the side of the lunge & repeat on the other side.
