Quantum Trainer Bicep Curl with Rope

Setup instructions
1) Place the Rope attachment on the Quantum Trainer Arm
2) Set the arm low and stand in front of it
3) Grab the rope & allow the arms to hang by your sides
Perform instructions
1) Curl the arms up, pulling towards the shoulders
2) Keep tension on the biceps then slowly lower to the start position
3) Repeat for required reps.
