Barbell Floor Standing Calf Raise

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.
2) Hold the bar with a wide overhand grip and place it behind your neck on the meaty part of the traps.
Elbows point down.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly lift your heels up - press into the balls of your feet.
2) Pause & squeeze at the top.
3) Lower into the starting position.
4) Repeat for required reps.
