Neck & Chest Stretch

Setup instructions
1) Sit upright on the seat/box and plant the feet on the floor - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral. Place your hands behind your head.
Perform instructions
1) Keep upright and tilt your body to the right - feel the stretch on your left side.
2) Pause for a second at the bottom, then return to the centre.
3) Repeat on the other side.
