Setup instructions

1) Place the bench/step horizontally on the floor.

2) Go on all fours with your hands placed on the platform. Keep your arms directly under your shoulders.

3) Now fully extend the legs behind you - keep the core tight and tuck the hips in. You should be in an elevated plank position. The balls of your feet should have contact with the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Press into your feet and lean your body forward - keep the body in a straight line.

2) Now, press into your hands and rock your feet back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
