Setup instructions

1) Lie chest face down on the bench and hang your legs off the edge behind you.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your legs slightly straight and slowly lift them towards the ceiling - you'll feel this in your lower back.

2) Pause at the top. Now, slowly lower your legs back to the floor.

3) Repeat.
