Barbell Seated Shoulder Rear Press

1) Sit on the bench and plant your feet on the floor - chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.
2) Grab the barbell with a wide overhand grip and place it behind your head.
1) Slowly extend your arms and push upwards. Keep a slight bend in the elbows as you reach the top.
2) Pause for a second and slowly lower to the starting position.
