Plate Dish Hold
- Weighted Plate
1) Lie down on the floor with the plate about a foot or 2 away from the crown of your head.
2) Grab the plate with both hands. Your legs and arms should be fully extended in both directions.
1) Engage the core - lift the weight and legs towards the ceiling (about a foot or 2 up from the ground).
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
