Around the World Pull Ups Pronated Grip

Setup instructions
1) Start with the feet shoulder-width apart under the bar.
2) Grab the bar - palms away (overhand pronated grip).
3) Fully extend your arms and you should be in the dead hang position.
Perform instructions
1) Pull yourself up in a circular motion - the sequence should be something like left, up, right, down.
2) Repeat in other direction for required reps.
