Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral. Bend your elbows and face your palms down - they should be parallel to the floor.
Perform instructions
1) Gently move your arms outwards and inwards as if you were waxing a table - try make the movements fluid.
