Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral - keep your feet shoulder width apart.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the upper body forward as you jump and twist your torso to the right - both feet should be pointing right. Now jump and twist your torso back to central.

2) Twist your torso and jump your feet to the left. Now, back to central.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.

Note: these are only small jumps. Have a slight bend in your knees to cushion the impact.
