Towel Tricep Stretch

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Place your hands behind you and grab the towel by both ends. For the top arm, lift your tricep to be vertical. Extend the bottom arm. Aim for the towel to be aligned with your spine.
1) Extend your top arm towards the ceiling. This will cause the bottom arm's elbow to bend.
2) Pause at the top. Now, extend the bottom arm. You should be in the starting position.
