Barbell Bicep Curl (Close Grip)
1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Grab the bar with your palms facing up and close together. Keep your elbows close to your sides at all times.
1) Bend your elbows and slowly lift the weight towards your shoulders.
2) Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
3) Pause for a second and lower the weight back to the starting position.
