Setup instructions

1) Start on all fours - Keep your hands directly under your chest and knees under your hips.

2) Hold the dumbbell handle with a firm necutral (palms in) grip.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull towards your body and squeeze the shoulder blades together.

2) Pause then bring your arms back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
