Dumbbell Quadruped Row

Setup instructions
1) Start on all fours - Keep your hands directly under your chest and knees under your hips.
2) Hold the dumbbell handle with a firm grip.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly pull towards your body and squeeze the shoulder blades together.
2) Pause for a second and bring your arms back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
