Quantum Trainer Alternating Step Ups with Pronated Grip

Setup instructions
1) Add the Pronated Grip handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms
Place a box under the handles to step up to.
2) Stand between handles, holding them by your sides.
3) Stand tall, keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.
Perform instructions
1) Step up to the box striking with the heel first then fully planting the foot.
2) Follow with the other leg until you are fully standing on the box.
3) Change legs then repeat alternately for required reps on each side
