Standing Forward Fold Swaying Hamstring Stretch

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with legs shoulder width apart and a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.
Perform instructions
1) Hinge forward from the hips and let your arms hang. Place both hands on opposite elbows and rest your forehead on your forearms.
2) Gently rock side to side until the end of the timer.
