Sandbag Corkscrew

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Hold the bag lengthwise in front of your body.

Perform instructions

1) Push the bag above your head. At the same time, twist your trunk to the left.

2) Reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat on the other side.
