Seated Back Row with Rope on Cable Machine

Setup instructions
1) Sit tall on a bench positioned in front of the cable. Place the anchor of the cable around your 'seated' chest height
2) Place the rope attachment on the cable machine
Perform instructions
1) Slowly pull the rope towards your lower chest/belly button area.
2) Pause & squeeze then slowly bring your arms back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps.
