Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.

2) Hold the weight with an overhand grip - let them hang by your waist. Keep your elbows tucked in close to your ribs.

Perform instructions

1) Bend your elbow and slowly lift the weight towards your shoulder. As you do this, twist your arm so the palm faces up.

2) Pause for a second as you squeeze the bicep at the top of the movement.

3) Now, lower the arm as you reverse the twist down.

4) Repeat on the other side.
