Setup instructions

1) Attach the neutral grip (palms in) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.

2) Set the height around upper chest height and stand in front of it

3) Grab the handles with an neutral palms in grip & hold at upper chest height

Perform instructions

1) Drive through the feet and push one weight up so it ends up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achive this)

2) Slowly lower to around chin height then repeat on the other side.

3) Repeat for required reps on each side alternating.
