Setup instructions
1) Plant your feet on the floor and sit back so the back is fully supported upright against the bench
2) Start with the bar resting near your shoulders.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly extend your arms and push upwards to your full range above the crown of the head.
2) Pause then slowly lower to the starting position.
3) Touch your shoulders and repeat for required reps.
