Quantum Trainer Alternating Pronated Grip Incline Bench Chest Press

Setup instructions
1) Place the Pronated Grip Handles (palms forward) on the Quantum Trainer Arms
Place an incline bench between the arms
2) Start by lying on your back on the bench and plant the feet on the floor.
3) Grab the handles and place them at the sides of the chest palms facing forward.
Perform instructions
1) Drive through the feet and push one weight up so it ends up in the middle above upper chest.
2) Slowly lower to the start position and repeat on the other side.
3) Repeat for required reps on each side.
