Quantum Trainer Seated Back Supported Pronated Grip Single Arm Shoulder Press

Setup instructions
1) Attach the pronated grip (palms forward) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.
2) Place a bench between the arms & ensure the back of the bench is upright.
3) Set the arm height around upper chest height.
4) Grab one handle with an overhand grip & hold at upper chest height
5) Place the other arm out to the side, hovering in mid air
Perform instructions
1) Drive through the feet pressing the back into the bench back then push the weight up so it ends up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achieve this)
2) Slowly lower to around chin height.
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
