Quantum Trainer Seated Back Supported Pronated Grip Alternating Shoulder Press

Setup instructions
1) Attach the pronated grip (palms forward) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.
2) Place a bench between the arms & ensure the back of the bench is upright.
3) Set the arm height around upper chest height.
4) Grab the handles with an overhand grip & hold at upper chest height
Perform instructions
1) Drive through the feet pressing the back into the bench back then push one weight up so it ends up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achieve this)
2) Slowly lower to around chin height then repeat on the other side..
3) Repeat for required reps on each side.
