Cross Hop

Setup instructions

1) Stand on one foot and raise the other - keep the knee soft.

Perform instructions

1) Hop forward, back, left, right in order to make a cross on the floor. Land on the balls of your feet and keep the knees soft (this will absorb some of the impact).

2) Follow this pattern and repeat.
