Setup instructions

1) Place a chair/table about a foot or 2 in front of you.

2) Lean on it with one arm - the other should be hanging.

Note: Keep the chest up and back flat.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly swing the hanging arm forward, backwards, left & right until the end of the timer.
