Laying Side Leg Lift Abduction Extra Range

Setup instructions
1) Lie on your side on a bench or plyo box
2) Ensure hips are stacked or top hip is slightly forward. You can bend the bottom knee to give a stable stance.
3) Fully extend the top leg and point your toe towards the floor.
Perform instructions
1) Lift your heel towards the ceiling - you should feel it on the outer side of your glute area.
2) Pause & squeeze at the top and lower to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
Note: Point the toe towards the floor slightly to emphasise the movement.
Ensure the top hip does not roll back
