Setup instructions

1) Get in the plank position - start on all fours and extend your legs back behind you. Put your arms directly under your shoulders.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly lower your chest to the ground. As you do this, pull your right knee towards your right elbow - make sure your elbows are behind your shoulders. Pause at the bottom.

2) With enough force, push up so both feet come off the floor (think as if you're pushing the ground away). Mid jump, switch your feet (left knee to left elbow). The hands should still have contact with the floor

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
