Knee to Chest Stretch (Dynamic)

Setup instructions
1) Start by lying on your back - fully extend your legs.
Perform instructions
1) Lift your right knee towards your body and grab your shin. Gently pull your knee towards your chest.
2) Extend and lower your right leg to the floor. As you do this, lift your left leg towards your body and grab your shin. Gently pull your knee towards your chest.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
