Quantum Trainer Single Arm Supinated Grip Bicep Curl with Handle & Resistance Band

Setup instructions
1) Place a fabric handle attachment on the Quantum Trainer Arm
Attach a resistance band between the arm and the base of the Quantum Trainer
2) Set the arm low and stand in front of it
3) Grab the fabric handle with a supinated underhand grip & allow the arm to hang by your side
Perform instructions
1) Curl the arm up, pulling the knuckles towards the shoulder
2) Keep tension on the biceps then slowly lower to the start position
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
