T Spine Rotation (Wide Stance)

Setup instructions

1) Have a wide stance and face your feet out slightly.

2) Hinge from the hips, keep the back flat, chest up and core tight.

3) Hang your arms in front of you towards the floor - place your hands together.

Perform instructions

1) Extend your right arm up in an arc-like motion. As you reach the top, the trunk will rotate and your head will look up.

2) Pause for a second and return to the starting position.

3) Repeat on the other side.
